碩士 / 國立中山大學 / 企業管理學系 / 87 / The motives for the Taiwanese business invest in Mainland China include the same culture and race ,the low and abundant labor , and the vast China market. In this way, Taiwanese business invests more and more. In addition, the strategy missions of Taiwanese business cause over investment. However, the management performance of investment in Mainland China is not perfect, how the original induction of investment changes? Taiwanese business make it a rule to realize the light aspect, not to search the essence of mainland China about its market, production cost, and management, so that the myth of mirage appeared. My research discusses the mirages, its reason and influence. Finally, there are some suggestions from the successful Taiwanese business.
