碩士 / 國立海洋大學 / 海洋法律研究所 / 87 / The convention''s legal regime for deep sea-bed mining was laboriously arrived at after nine years of negotiations in UNCLOS III.The different interests of these two major groups of states meant that they view the same issues in very different ways and drew different conclusions.This study uses a comparative method to assess the issues,related to transfer technology for deep sea-bed mining.The analysis will be based on the documents of official records of UNCLOS III,the 1982 LOS Cinvention and Annexes,and the 1994 Agreement.
