碩士 / 國立海洋大學 / 航運管理學系 / 87 / It is not inevitable that a ship''s course had been shaped. The shipping companies must modify port of call momentarily when various factors have changed. In this paper, we use Chen etc. "Graded mean integration representation of generalized fuzzy number" to analyze the factors of effect. Generalized fuzzy number are applied on data analysis, artificial intelligence, and decision making widely. The graded mean integration representation based on graded mean integration h-level value of generalized fuzzy number is used for representing a generalized fuzzy number, use it to be as the base for ranking. Furthermore, we design an "Intelligent Fuzzy Multicriteria Decision Support System for Shape Ship''s Course" to solve problems of shape ship''s course on the ambiguous environment. From empirical analysis, the generalized fuzzy number show strong capabilities for shape ship’s course.
