The market growth of Taiwan''s real-estate affected by the good land which is hard to get, will be limited. However, the Mainland''s real-estate become the target of investment of Taiwan''s businessman, on the contrary.
The dissertation try to analyze Shanhai''s estate market ot see it''s present and future development by means of it''s inside and outside environment. Also, I am trying to make understood the defference between investment policy and management model which are made by Taiwan''s businessman,causing by the characterisitc of Shanhai''s real-estate、 the operating environment of estate market and company''s own situation. All I want is to provide these to the businessmen who are interested in Mainland''s real-restate. To make their investment policy perfect in the future.
Accoring to the interaction between Taiwan''s and Mainland''s government, Mainland''s development highly influences Taiwan. Therefore, each field in Taiwan should pay more attention to Mainland''s estate reform and think about policies to deal with. That''s the way to gain benefits for all the people between the two region.
