碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 企業管理技術研究所 / 87 / With the dynamic environment, continuous and discontinuous innovation and the difficulty of senior professional manager developing, the high-tech industry has always faced the shortage of strategic key persons. The pass studies focused on the competitive strategy of high-tech industry, few has studied on the strategic human resource management (SHRM) with were connected with business.
The study is a ‘qualitative’ design with a research subject’ exploratory case study’ and three high-tech industrial companies were studied. This study focused on the SHRM change and the interaction of organization and individual when the introduction of aboard senior professional manager strategy was applied.
According to the results of this study, the high-tech industry must enforce their speedy innovation abilities under the environment pressure. But the lacking of strategic senior professional manager would make the high-tech industry introducing aboard senior professional managers through industry interpersonal relations.
This study also found that high-tech industry in order to develop advantage core competency, introducing aboard senior professional managers would be a great strategic tool with the advantages of creating organization innovation abilities、accelerating organization learning and the enduring actuation.
