碩士 / 元智大學 / 工業工程研究所 / 87 / The major purpose of this study is to research on how to introduce an appropriate production management system into Mainland China production facilities so as to further solve the low productivity problems which most of the enterprises of nowadays faced when investing into China. In the past, most of the scholars or economists, when doing feasible study of investment into China market, used to emphasize on the economic and cultural backgrounds of China . But very few of them put much efforts in the research and study on how to improve and up-grade the productivity of those existing enterprises in China so as to come up to the initial set target. This is no doubt an eager and urgent subject to be overcome for many of the enterprises in China.
Therefore, this research is based on the quality management system of a current most well known and ISO 9000 approved enterprise adding with additional production management measures. Out of which we developed a set of simplified but applicable structure of production and quality management system for China enterprises.
From studying on the current situation and problems of enterprises to the measures of solution and setting up of a ISO 9000 complied production and management system, we provided detailed illustration on the frameworks, key-points and implementation means and are proven effective by Lian Chi Shanghai as well as enterprises along Su Tzou and Ning Po.. They are highly efficient no matter it is about quality control, production costs reduction, productivity and/or inventory management. It is helpful to certain extent for production management to China invested as well as local enterprises.
