網際網路大眾運輸服務品質管理系統雛型之研究

碩士 / 中華大學 / 工業工程與管理研究所 / 88 / In light of a decreased usage of the public transportation, the need to increase the service quality in our public transportation systems has become an important challenge. With the advancement of computer technology, internet services, and Taguchi’s Quadratic Loss Function concept, a survey driven service quality control system is developed for the public transportation system managers. Surveys can provide immediate feed-backs of various aspects of the transportation systems. However, the traditional form of surveying procedures does not allow customers and system managers to interact directly. With the aid of internet surveys, customers and system managers can have immediate responses of problems and suggestions. This is not to say that surveying over the internet is problem free. Nonetheless, the key is to utilize the forefront internet technology to update and maintain service quality in our public transportation systems. This study explored various possibilities of using the internet technology to maintain and upgrade the services of the public transportation systems in order to attract more users.
