碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 機械工程學系 / 88 / A numerical study of laminar flow and heat transfer over a muti-row(1-2 rows) and three-dimensional convex-louver fin and tube heat exchanger is presented. The effects of different geometrical parameters, including tube row numbers(1~2 rows), fin pitches(8,10,15 fins/inch), louver angles(15.5、20.0、24.0 ),louver pitches (Lp = 0.953mm、1.588mm)are investigated in detail for the Reynolds number ReH(based on the fin spacing and the frontal velocity)ranging from 100 to 1100. Numerical results indicate that for equal louver pitch, both the average Nusselt number and pressure drop coefficient are increased as the convex louver angle is increased; while for equal convex louver angle, they are decreased as the louver pitch is increased. A comparison of the numerical results with the available experimental data is also presented.
