The Study of Design of Multifunctional Micro-sensor on Aquiculture / 水產養殖用多功能微感測器之設計研究

碩士 / 國立臺灣大學 / 農業機械工程學系研究所 / 88 / The study confers with design and arrangement of multifunctional micro-sensor on aquiculture, especially, how could measure control parameters of aquiculture environment, that includes water quality, physiology of aquiculture oranisms, in view of the above, to modulate environment elements, sensitivities of the system to expect problems of high-density aquiculture will be solved, such as aquiculture oranisms meet sudden death.
Design strategy of dissolved oxygen and temperature micro-sensor on aquiculture, that is a ISFET-CMOS compositive micro-sensor provided with temperature rectification especially, to heave the sensitivity, exactitude, truthfulness of control ability of water quality on aquiculture is the objective of the study. The method of design applies the arrangement of Concurrent Engineering(CE), Quality Function Developed(QFD), Reversed Engineering(RE). The first, to set up the conception of design and elementary specifications further, secondly, to select manufacture technologies of integrated circuit to interconnect and set up the manufacture procedure of circuit packaged. The result is showed achievements of the foregoing that could proceed the study of simulation of materialization manufacture to take advantage of computer design software(I-DEAS) and circuit design software(Circuit Maker), at the same time, to set up an assignable embryo of the component materialization. The follow-up work will set up the analysis model of FEM, to find out concrete questions of manufactures on detail desin and exploitation.
