Firstly all at, The firms’ globalization is based on the co-operation in the Supply Chain system leading by the other larger global enterprises. On the other hand, to fully utilize the flexibility of the manufacture and the lower costs in Taiwan; building the brand value of the firm and operating the Global Logistics networks; Even more, leading the industry supply chain operation.
The target of this research will focus on the hi-tech industry which have internationalized longer and higher international competitiveness. Using the mixed research method (both case study and questionnaire survey) to realize the firms’ international operation model and the actually operating barrier.
To hope via the discussion and comparison of this research, we can understand the each operating element and the strategic model the firms adopting which have internationalized successfully. We use the statistic results and successful international experience to provide some advise for the firms in Taiwan when they facing the global competitive or driving the global operation.
