The purpose of configuration management for software is modifying each of document and program code to cover all configuration items by keeping the information of configuration management completion and identification. In major engineering construction, such as: Nuclear Power Plant、Rapid-transit system、High-speed train system‧‧‧,etc.. The development of the system is more and more complex. There are many uncertain factors in the development. As design-construction change 、technical request 、customer demand 、supplier ability can be able to change by time and situation. Therefore, the process of major engineering construction development, we should readjust specification 、 design change and operation revise by these changes to keep the system completely. For this reason, it is indispensable to construct the pilot of the configuration management modular.
In a major construction, we need a large database to deal with the top management if we use the bill of material(BOM).The implementation of Configuration Management and selecting Configuration Items will reduce the control items and execute Interface Management efficiently. The study takes Boiling Nuclear Power Plant as an example. We use configuration management technique to analyze systems. Expert questionnaire and Fuzzy Theorem are adopted to select Configuration Items.
Then, we can accomplish “Configuration Item Identification” by using ISO10007 to assign numbers to configuration items. Firstly carry out “change-control functional and physical characteristics”, carry out “statistics-record status accounting in changeable process. Finally, accomplish “audit-prove the demand of product”. For providing education and applying industry implementation a coded program is offered in the study.
