It is useful to the companies that diversification and improve HR level. The advantage of the study is not only study interaction between organizations but also dig in personal scope. Ordinary study on high-tech industry ecology bounded by their scope and practical application.
In order to construct a new framework, the study base on strategic ecology and supported by biology-gene theory and mime theory.
First, the study observes government level to raise a mode of recommending, and revises by field study and literature. Then it discover CEO how to sense environment complexity and recruit suit able manager. And what do they correct in business and industry growing. From the semi-conductor progress course, it sum up follows:
1. Why recommend manager?
2. What are the KSF to introduce talent?
3. And how to keep the talent?
