The Overseas Financing and Corporations'' Capital Structure-An Empirical Evidence of Taiwan Electrical Industry / 企業海外融資與資本結構之實證研究-以我國上市上櫃電子業為例

碩士 / 大葉大學 / 國際企業管理研究所 / 89 / This study found that financial characteristics that affecting capital structure of corporations which financing from overseas are different from those which not financing from overseas. There are nine types to express variables of the financial characteristics that affecting corporations’ capital structure: the size of firms, the growth opportunity, the profitability, the business risk, the asset mortgaged value, the none-debt tax shield, the R&D expenses, the political risk and the foreign exchange exposure. We use t test and multiple regression to examine the relationship between corporations’ capital structure and their financial characteristics.
The only one factor which affecting the capital structure of corporations which financing from overseas is the profitability. The capital structure of corporations which financing from overseas are affected by the profitability, the business risk, the none-debt tax shield, the R&D expenses and the asset mortgaged value.
