The research discusses that the career development of expatriates influences towards organizational commitment, and tries to reach the following goals:
1. To realize the career development of expatriates.
2. To discuss the different career development of expatriates influences towards organizational commitment.
3. To discuss the different factors of career development influence towards organizational commitment.
4. To discuss the different types of career development influence towards organizational commitment.
Data analysis approaches are adopted, including frequency analysis, regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and
t-test etc.
The results are summarized as follows:
1. According to data, most of expatriates are male, 31 to 35 years old, collage background, basic supervisor and work in Mainland China.
2. The five main variables of career development, including career consulting, job planning, education training, performance evaluation, repatriation support etc., towards organizational commitment are obvious.
3. The seven separated variables of career development towards organizational commitment are obvious.
4. According to the factor analysis, the career development variable is divided into five factors, including repatriation development, expatriation education, training development, perfect planning and objective evaluation.
