1. favored taxes and its reservation,
2. the regulations and styles of the import and export rules,
3. the management and principle about the contract for import and export,
4. some references about the processing of the contracts.
The essential spirit of the custom contract: the quantity of import raw material must be equal to that of export. So before making any changes in the “ BOM”, they need to consider the effects of these changes to the contracts. This research can help enterprises manage and control the operations about the contracts for import and export in the normal time.
