碩士 / 國立臺灣大學 / 園藝學研究所 / 89 / Recently, the concepts of ecology have been emphasized. More and more eco-education gardens are constructed by public and private institutions. These are used for promotion the ecological education. In Taiwan, It is difference in environments, species and cultures of four areas (Eastern, Western, South and North area). Following the local land context and ecological characters, not only have local ecological education meanings, but also contribute to the Restoration of the original florae and fauna habitats.
The study based on the ecology and landscape ecology, to investigate the procedure and method of planning and design in habitat construction. Meanwhile, to understand the current pattern of eco-education garden and to be the planning and design references of habitat by the investigation and analysis of Taiwan eco-education garden. Finally, through the case study to demonstrate feasible way of habitat construction.
The achievements of this study:
1. Provide ideal habitat of eco-education garden pattern by using the landscapes ecological principles of habitat construction and considering of image.
2. Establish the procedure and method of ecological habitat construction by principles of habitat construction and investigation of current eco-education garden in Taiwan.
3. Suggest the pattern of the eco-education garden in southwestern low-elevation area in Taiwan.
