碩士 / 國立臺灣大學 / 漁業科學研究所 / 89 / Red striped snapper (Lutjanus erythropterus) grow slowly, it about need two years to reach the marketing size 600-1000g. The aim of this study is to evaluate that the effect of Insulin-like growth factor (IGF) of tilapia procreate from recombinant E.coli add to feed of red striped snapper.
Experiment one:Fish meal is the main protein source in diets, the three diets separately control, to add IGF contained in E.coli 0.04g, IGF contained in E.coli 0.4g per 100g diet. The results of this experiment, the best weight gain 113%and feed efficiency 88%in feed the diet to add IGF contained in E.coli 0.4g per 100g diet.
Experiment two:Fish meal is the main protein source in diets, the seven diets separately control, to add no recombinant E.coli, IGF contained in E.coli 0.4g, pure IGF0.16mg, with gelatin containing pure IGF 0.16mg, pure IGF0.08mg, with gelatin containing pure IGF 0.08mg per 100g diet. The results of this experiment, the diets supplemented IGF contained in E.coli 0.4g and with gelatin containing pure IGF 0.16mg per 100g diet have the best weight gain 260% and 252% ; feed efficiency 89% and 88%.
