碩士 / 中國文化大學 / 國際企業管理研究所 / 89 / The relationship between expatriates and their performance is the core issue of this study. This study chose the conditions of expatriates as independent variable. The per-formance of expatriates is the dependent variable. The performance has five dimensions, including promotion of quality of products or service, sales growth rate of overseas branches, earning growth rate of overseas branches, ability to execute policy and reduc-ing the turn over rate. We still chose international education in university as a modera-tor.
After the correlation analysis, we find that there are significant correlation between international business management courses and ability to execute policy and earning growth rate of overseas branches, between language courses and reducing the turn over rate, promotion of quality of products or service, sales growth rate of overseas branches, between double majorities and reducing the turn over rate, sales growth rate of overseas branches, ability to execute policy, earning growth rate of overseas branches, between exchange students and promotion of quality of products or service, sales growth rate of overseas branches.
