Abstract:
This thesis is according to document analysis and interview approach, to introduce The education of elementary school teachers in Shanghai.
The whole article is divided into 7 chapters and 25 sections, with the content being summarized as the following:
Chapter one has four sections, and carries out discussion aiming at research motives and objectives, the definition of fundamental concepts, research methods, research framework, research scope and the limitations.
Chapter two has four sections, introduce the education of the elementary school teacher in Germany, the education of the elementary school teacher in Russia and North Korea, the education of the elementary school teacher in Taiwan, finally to aiming the world*s elementary school teachers system and it*s feature.
Chapter three has three sections, to aiming the feature of the elementary education in Shanghai; the change approach of the elementary school teachers nourish system in Shanghai, finally to introduce the Shanghai people*s government how to divided the middle teachers school.
Chapter four is divided into four sections, to aiming the elementary pre-education system of Shanghai and discuss how into the normal school, student*s life, pre-education classes , teaching practice etc..
Chapter five is divided into four sections, to discuss the pro-education system of Shanghai including the pro-education school , classes, questions, and the feature of pro-education of Shanghai.
Chapter six is divided into three sections, to discuss the feature and question in the education of elementary school teachers nourish system in Shanghai.
Chapter seven concludes the whole article , and raises research findings, review and suggests.
This thesis thinks it is necessary to acquire a clearer knowledge to the man who want to institute the China*s education.
