碩士 / 國防大學中正理工學院 / 兵器系統工程研究所 / 90 / Internet is spreading out all over the world in very fast pace. Most enterprises in the world are devoting their effort to business computerization and entering the electronic commerce (e-commerce) market. They are actively paving the way for e-commerce. The procurement staff in an enterprise can also benefit greatly from collecting business information from the Internet.
A procurement staff is often influenced by the market fluctuation when setting a procurement specification. In addition, his capability in information collection is limited by neversee or unfamiliar category of goods. It is therefore an important issue in enterprise reengineering to effectively assist procurement staff selecting proper products in order to build a well-defined procurement specification, hence shortening the procurement time and raising the procurement quality.
The goal of this research is to develop a logistic knowledge system via information technology, using network searching pattern to facilitate the specification of a procurement item. In this paper, a prototype implements combine distributed artificial intelligence, fuzzy inference model and the multi-agent technology to assist procurement staff in Web-based procurement specifications building. To implement prototype design effectively, the product breaks down a complex problem into subsystem decision-making processes. By incorporating with fuzzy logic algorithm, this system gives a proper degree in the corresponding criteria, thereby enhancing the product specification building process.
