碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 水利及海洋工程學系碩博士班 / 90 / This paper described the characteristic of steady-state wind wave spectrum fitted by JONSWAP spectrum, TMA spectrum, and Modified-JONSWAP spectrum(Donelan et al., 1985). The wave data was collected on nearshore area of Yun-Lin Industrial District form September 2001 to March 2002. This results of fitting indicated that the type of the Modified-JONSWAP spectrum was closest to the local measured wave spectrum. The relationship of distribution was well both Phillips constant α in JONSWAP spectrum and the energy scaling factor in Modified-JONSWAP spectrum β versus wave steepness Hmo/Lp, and so did the peak enhancement γ and γd. In addition, the values of both α and β increase with wave steepness, and the values of both γ and γd have a decrease tend while wave steepness increased. Analyzed by P-M nondimensionalization procedure, the 24 set of steady-state wind wave spectra sorted out form observed wave spectra were not approached to fully developed sea state. By Hidy-Plate normalization procedure, the resulting values of fitting spectrum parameters of mean normalized steady-state wind wave spectra were shown consistencies with normalized JONSWAP and normalized Modified-JONSWAP spectrum. The typical wave spectrum formulations of the local area sea wave spectra were established by fittig normalized wave spectrum parameters with Non-linear Least Squares fitting method.
