The Study on The Networked Safety Monitoring and Control System for Ships / 船舶網路式安全監控之研究

碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 造船及船舶機械工程學系 / 90 / Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop an integrant monitoring system, which can provide the extra safety of ship and monitoring items include: stress of structure of ship, inlet/outlet temperature of all kinds of devices in the engine room and acceleration during the ship navigating. This system can show its physical measured live information, i.e.: acceleration, stress and temperature, either graphs or numbers on the websites immediately. This system is PC based, which is developed with tools containing LabVIEW and Visual Basic software. It utilizes the industry network transmitted data back to the Server PC and show in both pages and Human-Machine Interface either by graphs or numbers, let managers in remote and local monitoring more easily.
Besides, the most important function of the network monitoring system develop by this research is different with other ones, which have been used: he/she can use other PC, which have authorized by Server PC, to modify the Server PC applications, there are many functions include: test software and hardware remotely, debug remotely and execute application remotely, etc.. Anyway, when problems happen in Server PC, in most case we can fix problems by other PC. Users can arbitrary add/subtract functions and applications in order to improve efficiency of system, without modifying Distributed Data Acquest Module. Physical measured information can be both live data show in page and other related analyze: through keeping a record of long-term fatigue stress, then analyzing the structure strength of ships according to Rainflow Method, and estimating its fixed number of years.
