In order to reduce production costs, many Taiwanese enterprises of had direct-investment to Southeast Asia countries since 1980s’. But as the time goes by, “how to enhance the competitiveness” and“ how to run business with going-concern” are the main topics that most enterprises must face under the condition of the increasing domestic production costs, the innovation of the technology, the short of product life cycle and the higher quality requirement of the customers, especially for the electronic industry which was the most off-shore investment industry. The thesis focuses on the Taiwanese enterprises, which invest in Malaysia . According to the interviews to these enterprises, this study sets up the supply chain model. Moreover, the model will act as a reference for the enterprises, which will invest abroad.

This study concludes that:
(1)The procedure of the supply chain management in Taiwan and Malaysia has no significant difference.
(2)The branch companies have less dependence on the mother companies. The branch companies work independently. The branch companies don’t connect with mother companies in the supply chain management.
(3)The pace of Taiwanese enterprise’s e-supply chain is divided by systemic factories and parts factories. The former is faster than the latter.
