碩士 / 國防管理學院 / 國防資訊研究所 / 90 / In the age of the modern IT and rapid computerized society, the government has made his best effort to push the born of Electronic government, however, the network security has to become a very critical issues a company with the growth of Internet. Because of the scope of the information security is too broad to cover, this research focus on the construction of CGAIS network PKI, which can provide the cross-certificate between systems. Based on the idea, we build a CA for CGAIS to attend the requirement of information security mechanism and to evaluate the influence of PKI to CGAIS.
This paper refers the document and method of PKI in R.O.C government and international field, And uses the CGAIS’s PKI as a reference to search the need of security manage policy, system topology, identity and data encryption/decryption model of verify, and try to employ both of qualitative and quantiative risk analysis model to build the information security mechanism, to submit a model where can cover the aspect of manageable, systematic and technical to fit into the theory and practice.
