碩士 / 國立臺南大學 / 資訊教育研究所教學碩士班 / 90 / The goal of the study is to investigate the significance of the adaptive navigation system, in networked learning environments on users’ learning behaviors and performance. The methods and procedures of the study are creating an online learning activities tracking system first for collecting and recording the information into the learning management database pertaining to users learning process in networked learning environments. Secondly, design student models based on users’ learning records, such as a course is learned, ready to be learned, or unlearned, self-decide learning program and subject learning textbook. Thirdly, create an interface of the adaptive navigation system and to provide the hyperspace position & learning suggestion of the navigation support. Finally, conduct an empirical evaluation in order to examine the impact of the adaptive navigation system on learning in networked learning environments.
In addition to 213 copy of questionnaires, the analysis of the data is based on the learning activities and adaptive navigation system application logging information resided in the tracking system of a total of 256 elementary school students who have accessed the adaptive navigation system. Statistic methods such as frequency distribution, t-test, and ANOVA are applied to data analysis to determine the accuracy of student models, the usability of interface of the adaptive navigation system, and the effect of the adaptive navigation system.
The results of the study are as followed:
(1).The performance and usability of the adaptive navigation system are correct.
(2).The adaptive navigation system is helpful in networked learning environments.
(3).The student models could represent the learning state of user accurately.
(4).The adaptive navigation system could be included in a part of the learning website.
There are several suggestions for future studies in the end of the thesis based on the experience and results of the study.
