Ocean Freight Forwarder is an example to this study ,actually interviewing 6 managers is to understand
1.the condition of operation of Ocean Freight Forwarder.
2.Which risk does it always meet?
3.Which risk management strategy does it have?
4.Does it set up the risk management department?
5.What are the limit and difficulties in implementing risk management strategy?
We can find out from the study
1. Now the competition, the variety and frequency of risk are increased , so it’s necessary to carry out risk management.
2. In many kinds of risk, business value risk deception much more.
3. We can see Ocean Freight Forwarder prefer control risk management strategy to financial risk management strategy.
4. Most don’t set up risk management department and lack training of professional risk management .
5. Business development and implement of risk management don’t easily match.
