With the coming of globalization and the entering of WTO, there are huge impacts in Taiwan’s economy. To face various challenges, local enterprise work hard for reorganization and combination. Because the great change, the mid-small size shipyards which main product is yacht are facing a strait situation. It is necessary for them to turn to knowledge industry.
This thesis has a goal to upgrade the competence of traditional shipyard. Some important strategies are discussed in this research. One of them is carrying out e-business in shipyard. For the realization of this aim, information technology and logistic concept are integrated to the working processing, and applied software has been developed to increase the ability of management and improve the procedure in production. Therefore, this thesis is not only contained with a strategic guideline, but also solve the practical problems with technique of systemic integration.
