貨櫃碼頭裝卸機具維修委外承包廠商評估準則之研究以基隆港為例

碩士 / 國立海洋大學 / 航運管理學系碩士在職專班 / 90 / We conclude 40 outsourcing evaluation items, and investigate these items for coordinating their weight by our designed questionnaires. After repeatedly analysis, we find that the top three important principles, which will effect organizations to chose their outsourcing partners:「Timber of management team」、「Maintain procedures always on schedule」、「Accuracy for maintaining workshop to match up the former work field schedule」.
We provide four major conclusions as following :
A)Generalize four evaluation principles of selecting outsourcing partners in container transportation center, they are :「Customer satisfaction」、「Profitability」、「Group Learning」、「Inner procedure」.
B)We clustered the respondents into three groups according to their weighting for different evaluation items. These three groups are 「Strategic controlled group」、「Customers quick response group」、「competition oriented group 」.
C)When trying to establish a model of evaluation principles of outsourcing partners, we find that all variables will be changed (more or less) by different industries or individual outsourcing workshop.
D)A formulation of evaluating outsourcing partners is established following:
