How to transport of the goods to countries which almost depends on shipping, and seaman is a actual role who completion the transportation, seaman is a very important position in the link of international trade, but, seaman is always in the weak side in the whole occupation market.
The purpose of this thesis is try to find out and research regulations of Seaman Law, Conventions of International Labor Organization and contents of Contract of Employment for Seaman (include alien crew) then comparison and analysis, therefore give a more reasonable and fair environment for seaman.
