It increases the difficulty in management. Make Global Logistics Management (GLM) more complicated than past. And the need of Global Logistics Management achievements cycle even longer in internal operating alone. Make inventory increase, too. And related with fund have adjusting more difficult.
At first, the research will build up the operation performance in Global Logistics Management. Set up each core flow chart from five aspects. According the questionnaires of Grey Relationship Analysis, then extract out some more important and easy make the quantification of Key Performance Indicator.
At last combine with digital board and display the global operation performance in back of the book. It makes the instant consultation for higher-level decision maker .At the end of the article explains the research application in practical from Global Logistics Management.
