碩士 / 淡江大學 / 大陸研究所 / 90 / In this research we use the core competence point to explore the competitive advantage of entrepreneur park for Chinese overseas scholars, and case study on Shanghai entrepreneur park for Chinese overseas scholars. Four major questions are discussed in the study:
1.The development of entrepreneur park for Chinese overseas
scholars and incubator.
2.Which core competence are owned by Shanghai entrepreneur park
for Chinese overseas scholars?
3.Which competitive advantage are owned by Shanghai
entrepreneur park for Chinese overseas scholars?
4.The relativity between core competence and competitive
advantage.
For answers to the above questions, the research methods include: survey research and case study research. The cases of interview are Shanghai Zhangjiang entrepreneur park, Caohejing entrepreneur park and Jiading entrepreneur park. The researcher carry out to observation and interview in China by myself. Through the theory and case interview, the following conclusions are more important:
1.Entrepreneur park for Chinese overseas scholars attracts
successfully oversea scholars to return country. Business
incubator will tend to professional incubator for specialized
goal.
2.Entrepreneur park for Chinese overseas scholars combines hi-
tech park and industrial estate is a great help in
development.
3.The most important core competence are owned by Shanghai
entrepreneur park for Chinese overseas scholars are geography
location, relationship of people, management ability and
professional knowledge.
4.Cost leadership strategy attracts Chinese overseas scholars
than differentiation strategy to stay in entrepreneur park
for Chinese overseas scholars.
5.Core competence is the source and foundation in form of
competitive advantage.
