碩士 / 國防大學中正理工學院 / 軍事工程研究所 / 91 / In this research, a 2-level Maintenance Management System and maintenance evaluation procedures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our Navy’s harbor (near shores) facilities maintenance were developed. Both the development of the system and the procedure were based on “the Public Works Quality Management System” issued and enforced to implement by the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a help to the logistics support of our Navy’s combat fleets and their operational availabilities, as well as the annual maintenance budgeting tasks.
The harbor facilities in this studies included not only docks and waterbreaks but also shore facilities, such as waters, electricities, oils, gasolines, firecontrols, pave roads, office and inventory buildings. Therefore the parentheses (Near Shores) is imbedded in the research topic which differs from the narrow sense of harbor facilities.
