Effects of Mentorship and Employees' Socialization on Person-Organization Fit—Examples of Airline Transportation Industry / 師徒關係及員工社會化程度對個人組織契合度之影響--以航空運輸業為例

To follow the changes of human resource, enterprises respect the consistence of values, culture, and target of the employee and organization. To rely on the research of Fit point is contributive to help emplyee who can enter organization and fit the organization, enstrength organizational competition.

Orientatoin and Training is the first course of learning when newcomers enter organization. Socialization can help newcomers to fit in the organization environment. Mentoring Relationship is an important process of socialization.

Consequently, the purpose of the study is to confer mentoring relationships, socialization and person-organization fit. The study mailed questionnaires to staff who works in Airline transportation Service.
Major Findings are:

1. In hormogeneous and formal mentoring relationships, Protégé was perceived to receive more mentoring functions, specifically, career support and role modeling.
2.There is positive a significant relationships between mentorship and person-organization fit. When organization establish mentoring training, Person - organization fit of employee will be higher.

3.There is a significant relationship among mentoring functions, mentoring functions, employee socialization and Person-Organization Fit.

Results of this study suggest that Airline transportation services should establish mentoring relationships.
