The Difference Analysis of Organization Learning Strategy between Taiwan and Mainland China’s Taiwan Enterprises / 海峽兩岸台商企業組織學習策略差異分析

碩士 / 朝陽科技大學 / 企業管理系碩士班 / 91 / A growing number of corporations through organizational learning to improve the enterprises & internal employees trend to important after that challenges of business circumstances are getting more fluxional currently. All study ability, study activity, and study mode of an enterprise are effected by below factors included corporation culture, business policy, and general environment to cause the various strategy for organizational learning by enterprise. In recent years, as large quantity of Mainland China investment by Taiwan enterprises has propeled the exchange and interaction frequently in economy and trade across the Taiwan Strait which people have extremely different viewpoint and value on culture, behavior because of long separation even with the same language and root. This research is discussion on the difference of organizational learning strategy and focus on Taiwan enterprises that own investment or plant in both Taiwan and the Mainland China.
The approach to collect data is by asking questionnaires and respondents from those Taiwan enterprises and the total questionnaires are 800, 547 effective retrieved. The value of “Cronbach’s α” is 0.9598 for the total questionnaires and statistical analysis methods are oneway ANOVA (Inferential statistics), T-test by SPSS. The main factors for organizational learning strategy as below: knowledge management, Internal training of company, Knowledge transmission/share, Operation of team-study, and Mutual-study between companies.
This research results shows: First, there is a big difference in the factor of “mutual-learning between companies”, Taiwan enterprises take superiority in this respect. Second, on organizational variations, big difference in the factor of “operation of team-study” is found to result from difference in the variation of rank. Besides, regard to organizational variations, big difference in the factor of “knowledge management” and “mutual-study between companies” is found to result from difference in the variation of position.
