碩士 / 大葉大學 / 工業關係學系碩士班 / 91 / From late 1980’s, government authorities have been aware the popularity of the concept of “Learning Organization” and ,therefore ,taken this core concept into the movement of government organization rebuilding to improve our challenge in international environments.
The National Defense Department connected “Learning Society” pushed by the Educational Department with “Na-tional License System” established by Labor Committee to promote caliber of the military , in another word, to plan a career-planning learning surroundings to help members get second specialties, on the other hand, to improve the whole efficiency of organization. Therefor , organization itself and organizers themselves both can win.
The goal of this research is to see the result of executing “Learning Organization” in the military. Has the military really changed the type of organization from the mechanistic to the organic? Or has the military satisfied the needs of organization itself and the crew themselves?
In this research, we generalize, by literature study, the factors and content of “Learning Organization” and personal career planning. Through these generalization and analysis, we assume the connection between military “Learning Organization” and personal career planning and make clear the influence on the both sides. We hope to provide the military institution, by theoretic and experimental research, a reference on “Learning Organization” and personal career planning to fulfill the executing “National Defense Organization Career Development System”.
