碩士 / 義守大學 / 管理科學研究所 / 91 / In order to increase creative, flexible and contingency ability, all businesses carry on the “organization reengineering” and expect the efficiency can be promoted consumedly. It is the same situation to our government. All departments of government have requested to develop efficiently. And let people can have a high quality service, so the organization reengineering is working in government now. At this time, however, the most important step is the collaboration in each department, especially how can let the personnel share the knowledge, applied knowledge, and let knowledge management become a strong power. These points are this research’s main purpose.
There are three purposes in this research: 1. Study the difference in different knowledge dissemination way. 2. Study the impact of different knowledge dissemination way on organizational performance. 3. Study if there is a significant positive impact of different organizational culture on different knowledge dissemination performance. There are five knowledge dissemination ways in this research: educational training, job rotation, the meeting of job, the discussion of task, and web-based learning. Base on these five ways, it can make a relation analysis on three knowledge dissemination types: job skill, interactive creation, and organizational belief. This research also studies the moderating variables: organizational culture and population statistics variables.
Research shows that the impact of all kinds of knowledge dissemination ways on knowledge dissemination types has a high significant level, especially the discussion of task. At the impact of moderating variables on all kinds of knowledge dissemination ways, organizational culture impacts the knowledge dissemination types. As a result, performance is also impacted by organizational culture.
