碩士 / 立德管理學院 / 科技管理研究所 / 91 / This study is about the key performance indicator and factor about the business logistics management and supply chain performance, generally speaking, the most business model in Taiwan’s high technology industry is OEM and ODM, because the most key patent rights is holding on foreign firms. So if we want to maintain our position in value chain, we have to concentrate in optimization our supply-chain performance and business logistics management to improve core competitive ability.
This study is about the business logistics management and supply-chain performance, by the past reference and research review, collect and analysis the key performance indicators, through the questionaries, extraction the key factor of the business logistics management and supply-chain performance.
Finally, this study using the frame of Balanced Scorecard（Kaplan & Norton, 1996）to build whole measurement model in high technology industry. And then wish can bring some suggestion to the industry
