碩士 / 銘傳大學 / 國際企業學系碩士班 / 91 / This study explores critical influencing factors of entry mode of Taiwanese Service Firms in Mainland Chain. By applying Logistic Regression Model, 42 firms are empirically analyzed. Findings of this research indicate that firm size; firm’s familiarity with Mainland Chain and service’s inseparability are significantly and positively correlated with high involvement entry mode. Firm’s perceived risk of Mainland Chain is significantly and positively correlated with low involvement entry mode.
