As the society moves upward plus the implementation of two days off per week policy, people of Taiwan starts to demand and enjoy the quality of life, the food consumption culture, therefore, has become to an art more than just is vital. Service providers have to create their own stylish, unique and delicious cuisine to attract and to satisfy the tastes of customers. Advertisements and news on the topic of variable stylish foods, traditional Chinese dishes, unique and exotic cuisine, are intensively published and reported on magazines, newspapers and TV programs, which arouses the desires of people to explore the maximum satisfaction on eating and drives the development of service encounter business between Taiwan and China.
Chain store fast food business has developed and grown rapidly recently but not many last long because of the imperfect system. Due to this system does not have strong logistics support and the headquarter lacks of good management, the operation and revenue of the alliance stores are not as good as expected and disputes between alliance stores and headquarter happen all the time. As the chain store fast food enterprise has become franchised, a new direction on running food business has developed for those people who are interested in service encounter business but have no confidence in chain store fast food business─Introduction of Chinese food.
The objectives of this study: (1) Present and future of Chinese food service encounter. (2) Core issues analysis. (3) Proposal on introduction of Chinese service encounter business. This study is investigated by using case study method. By the means of intensive interviews and literature retrieval, the topic was comprehensively studied and investigated. The conclusions are summarized as follows: (1) Based upon the accumulated experiences on business introduction and operation and the current service encounter business market situation, will propose a plan on introduction of Mei Long Zhen. (2) Listing items for discussion and served as reference for business, after studying and knowing the differences on service encounter business operations between Taiwan and China, with the aims to succeed in introducing and operating Chinese service encounter business.
