碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 造船及船舶機械工程學系碩博士班 / 91 / As the coming of the 21 century,the improvement of information system and the network communication,make the enterprise which depended on ERP system have to integrate themselves with their suppliers,including product procurement、manufacture、transportation、products on market and so on,and it is what we called supply chain management。
Traditional marine industry used to use human to manage the schedule.It becomes a target for us to use the computer technology well to increase the ability of the management. It can also save the human resource and reach the stability of management. Therefore, my research takes the supply chain management strategy through the helpless of the network and information, to integrate the marine industry. For reaching the final resolve of increasing efficiency and improve the speed of building the ship.
Focus on the trend of network nowadays, my research attempt to combine multi-shipyards and multi-suppliers for constructing collaboration Supply Chain Management System Website. Through this fair marketplace, it can improve the relationship between the shipyard and the suppliers. Through this virtual corporation, shipyards can search materials with e-catalog then buy the materials which they need, Suppliers will try to put the most correct material information to the website in order to get the order from the shipyards.. Through this kind of virtual corporation to make the instant information and integrating supply chain management and make a long term strategy with the suppliers to reach the result which improve the relationship betweens the suppliers and the shipyards.
