碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 造船及船舶機械工程學系碩博士班 / 91 / September 1997,IMO adopted a protocol relating to MARPOL 73/78 for the new Annex VI-‘Regulation for the Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships’. According to the new Annex VI, all marine engine’s emission units are replaced by g/kw.h, and there are exacted limiting of the emission to each engine (by rpm). However, the discrepancies are found between the limiting value of emission (Annex VI) and reality circumstance, which caused by the condition of engine room. So make the regulation (Annex VI) be more complete and simplified the procedures of the exhausts measurement on board are majority of this study. So far, a basis system for the emission’s estimate is establishing which can simplified the measurement on board.
