碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 電機工程學系碩博士班 / 91 / We design and implement an interactive 3D navigation system and its navigation path algorithm. Also, we design and implement the 3D reconstruct part of a contour based 3D reconstruction system.
In the navigation system, we use the transaction data segmented from medical images and use many techniques of the image processing and computer graphics to reconstruct the 3D scene of tubular organs. Users can navigate inner it and observe the inner tructure. We also provide an algorithm for generating a suitable navigation path. In this way, user can navigate in the center of the tubular organ.
In the 3D reconstruction system, the researchers take mice to do some experiments and observe the different distributions of blood vessels between their brains. This system can rebuild the 2D contours of blood vessels into 3D blood vessel objects. It can help users to research the
distributions of blood vessels in the rat brain in a more concrete way.
