The Study of Taiwan Logistic Firms invest on Mainland China / 台灣物流業者赴大陸投資問題之研究

碩士 / 國立高雄第一科技大學 / 運輸倉儲營運所 / 91 / Because of the increasing fad of the Taiwanese enterprises to invest on China and the opening the logistic industry by Mainland China government. The study aims at two topic issues including in the main factors of influencing Taiwan’s logistic firms to invest on China and the possible problems which Taiwan’s logistics firms may be encounter.
In this study, we find first that firm’s capital scale and foreign direct investment experience would influence a firm whether invest on China or not. Besides, the main factors of influencing Taiwan’s logistic firms to invest on China are including in the booming of the economic growth in China, the law and order in China, cross-strait relationship, the degree of information and telecommunications in China, and the stability and rationality of logistic policies in China.
Secondary, we use factor analysis to find out four problem factors which Taiwan’s logistic firms to invest on China may be encounter, naming that social problem factor, steady problem factor, uncertain problem factor, and compassable problem factor. Besides, we also use cluster analysis to summary five kinds investing inclination firms: optimistical, waiting, neutral, conservative, and apprehensive firms.
By the way, we hope that we can offer the references and suggestions to the Taiwan logistics firms, which purposeful invest on China.
