碩士 / 國立海洋大學 / 海洋法律研究所 / 91 / This thesis is mainly based on the discussion of literatures of international marine legal theories, customs, conventions, and the implementations adopted by government. By doing this, it intends to explore the sea-related problematic of Taiwan nowadays. These include the jurisdiction, legislation and execution aspects and the reflections of these areas. In this thesis I try to present opinion about these issues and my suggestions of improvements the sea-related, along with the discussion of legal basis of marine enforcement, i.e national sovereignty of Taiwan and its international legal status.
