People always produce heavy metals and toxicity organic matter in our environment. They will be empty into the sea in the wake of river. Aquaculture use the copper sulfate 5-hydrate (CuSO4.5H2O) to clear up algae and treatment some fishes disease. The copper sulfate direct empty into the sea too. That will be effect the marine biology at the coast. Even more far of the coast biology population, coral reef and continental and any area near the aquaculture effluent.
The research was studied on the toxic to Abudefduf vaigensis. The experiment style used different density. The 50% lethal concentration (LC50) at 48 hours is 0.96ppm. When 48 hours LC50 in 200%、100%、50%、30% and 20% ,we observe will be make some kind hurt about activity、fish body color and survival rate and use microscope to observe destroy of gill.
This experiment result can use the statistics consideration for the answer. Understand effect and injure of damselfish on copper sulfate. The other we can depend on concern between copper sulfate consistency and fish survival rate or between survival rate and toxicity time. Explore copper sulfate effluent. To fine effect about the fish and ought to have the way of corresponding.
