The traditional business incomes of Associations were generally declined in past few years. The direct retail Fish market operated by the Association was generally served as the potential business for the Associations in future. This study was tried to collect the expense/income data and economic outcomes, including the annual revenue, the rate of yield, employment, expense rate, total rate of revenue, expenditure and investment, with the questionnaire for analyzing the tendency and variation of business structure. The setting of direct retail fish market had been proven with benefits of supporting the Association’s finance, promoting the fishermen’s income, stabling the fish-product price, providing the working opportunities and the giving extra recreational items. The direct retail fish markets can be improved by having efficient hard and soft ware, modern equipments, better management and good strategic alliance with surrounding business.
