1. The motivation of the multinational enterprise company（MNCs）investment in Vietnam。
2. The relationship between the business performance and enterprise characters,
3. The relationship between the business performance and investment environ-ment in Vietnam
This study is completed by use of questionnaires and by interviewing four senior Taiwanese company investing in Vietnam。The conclusions of the study are as follow：
1. The priority motive of the MNCs investment environment in Vietnam is to ob-tain economical scale and to use Vietnam as an export country. The second is the politi-cal stablility and its low-price labor. The third is the raw material and factory cost is cheap. Finally, the employees mobility in Vietnam is low.
2. The larger the investment scale, the better company’s performance; the higher percentage of technical transfer, the better the company’s performance.
3. The most affected problem for Taiwanese companies’ invested in Vietnam is the poor administration efficiency.
