Firms’ Capabilities, Sustained Investment and Foreign Competition Advantages / 廠商能力與持續投資行為對海外競爭優勢影響之研究-以台商赴大陸投資為例

碩士 / 靜宜大學 / 企業管理研究所 / 91 / In recent year, foreign direct investment (FDI) study focused on the entry model and location decision. Firms’ capabilities and sustained investment influences interactive subsidiaries’ foreign competition advantages.

By analyzing panel data on Taiwanese firms in Mainland China from 1996 to 2001, The results show that firms’ internationalization experience and R&D capability are importance factors influencing china subsidiaries’ competition advantages. Firms have to strengthen parent company R&D of produces and experience of international operation when invests to Mainland China.
