碩士 / 國立臺北科技大學 / 技術及職業教育研究所 / 91 / The propose of this study was to analysis the reformations of technological colleges and universities in Mainland China, to explore the recruiting system including policies and tactics, and step in which the problems and directions of the recruiting system. At last, based on the conclusion, the following were the results from this study：
1）The reformations of technological colleges and universities in Mainland China could be sort 3 periods.
2）Although the names of technological colleges and universities in Mainland China were different, administrative levels were not to know.
3）The develops of technological colleges and universities in Mainland China were not equal to general high education.
4）The recruiting system of technological colleges and universities in Mainland China was following general colleges and universities.
5）The students of technological colleges and universities in Mainland China were general senior high school, mainly.
6）The subjects in the entrance exam were violations of the guiding principles in vocational education.
7）Recruiting tactic of every technological colleges and universities in Mainland China were not specially.
8）The recruiting system of technological colleges and universities in Mainland China was separate.
9）Recruiting students in technological colleges and universities in Mainland China was not enough.
Based on the conclusion of this study, recommendations were proposed to Mainland China, Taiwan and following studies.
