碩士 / 國防大學中正理工學院 / 造船工程研究所 / 92 / In recent years, the preventive maintenance plays an important role in industry. The principle of predictive maintenance is to maintain equipments on-conditional. This maintenance idea is wildly applied to military and industry countries. Nowadays, the predictive maintenance is one of the best maintenance policies.
In order to put the "Class Maintenance Policy(CMP)" of the second generation naval ships into effect, R.O.C. Navy use the vibration measurement to assess the equipment’s conditions before repairing. From spectrum of vibration measurements, we can perform fault diagnosis of equipments (especially for rotating machinery). This research concentrated on proper analysis and diagnosis of equipment’s condition from vibration measurements in Naval AEC (Assessment of equipment condition) program. A noisy ship service generator is taken as a study case to perform AEC program. We have measured the noise and vibration signals of the generators from the spectrums of the measurements, we can predict and diagnose the position of fault and cause. All the signal analysis is performed by a HP35670A dynamic signal analyzer. On the other hand, we also developed a MatLab program to perform signal analysis. Compare the results of Matlab program and HP35670A, it indicate the Matlab program is an effective tool to be used in AEC and its cepstrum analysis function is also an applicable method to be introduced to AEC.
